A Better View...
Momentum within In Need of Repairs has been going through the roof. This progress would not be possible without the humble, volunteers from our own Westmoore Community Church. Not only do we want to repair our community we want to put a spotlight on those in our community that are willing to selflessly give back. We would like to encourage everyone within the Oklahoma City metro to use the services of the Oklahoma business that give back. Paul Davis of A Better View recently volunteered on our Operation Warmth and Walk project, his skill, donation and awesome set of tools, made this project possible. Paul's main focus are beautifully crafted iron and wood gates. But his scope of talents range from rustic commercial store builds, FEMA approved storm shelters and large barns. If you, a friend or a family member has been considering a construction project we encourage you to visit with Paul Davis at A Better View.
If you have a business, or would like to volunteer and get involved in this great mission visit www.needrepairs.org for more information.

INOR steps in...
We are happy to announce that today, a new hot water tank was donated by Mark Latham of Diversified Construction this unit was installed by John Tanner of Hunter Plumbing and Mrs Ruler now has hot water once again. But it doesn't stop there, INOR is scheduled to finish Mrs Ruler's new ADA ramp on Saturday. Donnie & Jaylinn Neer, as well as Paul Davis from A Better View Construction, donated all of the needed materials to complete this job. INOR will begin the ramp build at 8:30 am on Saturday February 11th, the job site is located at 40 SE 39th Street in Oklahoma City. Contact Ken Ferchau at Kenf@needrepairs.org for more.
There is still one piece of this puzzle missing, Mrs Ruler is still without heat. She has a Trane package unit that needs a new circuit board. If you or your company can supply Trane replacement parts, please contact Ken Ferchau at 819-0450 for more details.

A little thank you
We received a great thank you note from Mohauna Comes, who contacted us on our In Need of Repairs Facebook page. Mohauna is a single mom with a housekeeping business located right here in Oklahoma City. Mohauna did her best DIY fix to get the leaky and costly, water driping to stop, at no avail. That is when she contacted us, and too no surprise our resident rockstar Bill Sims stepped in and with several hours of elbow grease and took care of the problem. This is great example of the mission of In Need of Repairs, although we will tackle the large jobs in the community, our focus is on doing minor repairs that make a big difference in the lives of the citizens in Oklahoma. As I mentioned earlier, Mohauna has a housekeeping service located in the Oklahoma City Metro, lets show her support by supporting the use of her business, if you or some one you know can use her services contact her at A fresh start 405-326-4332 or on her Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/mohauna
